1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. All prices and shipping charges are in US Dollars (USD). Some remote destinations may be excluded or carry a surcharge shown at checkout.
2. Shipping costs
- Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Free shipping on orders over $65 (USD), before taxes.
3. Processing & delivery times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery once dispatched:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- Europe & North America: 5–8 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers and customs can add time during busy periods.
4. Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check your local thresholds before ordering.
5. Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email a tracking link. If tracking hasn’t updated within a few days, contact support@allph.shop and we’ll investigate.
6. Fragile & oversized items
The Wall Mirror with Hooks ships in dedicated anti-shatter packaging with protected edges. Larger items such as the bench and bundle may ship in multiple cartons that can arrive separately. Please inspect on delivery and report any damage promptly (within 48 hours for the mirror).
7. Delivery & risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Please provide an accurate address; we can’t be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details. Undeliverable parcels returned to us can be re-sent at the original shipping cost.
