Refunds & Returns

A fair, simple policy: 14 days to return unopened items, and damaged goods made right at our cost.

1. The short version

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Damaged or faulty goods are put right at our cost.

2. What can be returned

  • Items unopened and unused in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety, items that have been opened, assembled, installed, or used cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. How to start a return

  1. Email support@allph.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We’ll confirm the return and provide the return address.
  3. Send the item back, unopened, in suitable protective packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, we issue your refund within 5–10 business days.

4. Return shipping costs

Unless an item is faulty or arrived damaged, return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service — we can’t refund items lost in return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty.

5. Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid.

The Wall Mirror with Hooks ships in anti-shatter packaging; please report any transit damage to it within 48 hours of delivery so we can replace it quickly.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to your original payment method in US Dollars. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. The original charge and refund will show the descriptor “ALPH STORE”.

7. Bundles

Bundle items returned individually are refunded at their effective bundle price, not the standalone price. To return a full bundle, all pieces must be unopened.
